1 Real Freedom organization provides housing for hardest to serve communities. property donations are the foundation of our organization since one of our major goals is to provide better housing to hardest to serve communities.

by getting property donations, we prevent individuals in these communities from paying high rent prices. Donated properties require less expenses and therefore will be more affordable for the communities. We want to improve the affordable housing crisis in hardest to serve communities.

 The property does not have to be in perfect condition nor in good government standing when it comes to debt, liens mortgage and other issues that owners may have encountered over the years of owning the property. Donated properties are always viable options and are much appreciated. If the property has many municipal violations, we will still work with you to relieve you of this possible burden.
